The Service & Learning Committee will be collecting school supplies for the children & teachers at Bloomer & Roosevelt Elementary Schools. Please see the list below for some requested items, and return them to the marked bin in the lobby. If you prefer not to shop for listed items and wish to donate a scrip card for teachers to purchase items, please return those gift cards to Joyce Mlynarik, Kristy Harm or Toni Wilson. and they will be added to the donations. – Roosevelt is specifically requesting EXPO dry erase markers and erasers. They are also looking for healthy snacks that the teachers can have on hand.
Emanuel is holding a garage sale on August 21-22 You are welcome to come to the sale and you are welcome to bring in donations for the sale, They will accept donations on Aug. 17 – 20. There is a flyer on the bulletin board of what donations they will accept.. they do NOT accept clothing.

OCTOBER 10 SAVE THE DATE!We have scheduled our debt retirement party for Saturday, October 10 after worship (6:30pm). There will be a big celebration dinner and a congregational meeting with a vote to retire our debt! There will also be a reception between services on Sunday, October 1 1 to celebrate.
